1, Recently when using SVN tools, Checkout out the project to local, and then import it into the Intellij idea to develop, in the submission of SVN code, this error occurs:
Can't use Subversion command line client: svn
Probably the path to Subversion executable is wrong. Fix it.
2, the reason is: in the installation of the TortoiseSVN tools, I did not install the 'command line client tools', as shown below:
So this error occurs. If the installation of the TortoiseSVN tool, which does not enable command-line, must install VisualSVN, and need to install it separately.
3, download: http://subversion.apache.org/packages.html
Click on VisualSVN will enter such a page as shown in figure:
Red area is the plug-in we want to download. Click Download to download, and now the latest version is 1.9.2.

4. decompress, configure the the absolute path of Apache-Subversion-1.9.2\bin\svn.exe to 'Use command line client':
