cpanelsorl is not a suspicious process , it was introduced by cPanel in the version 64 . The service has an ability to index email messages providing fastest search and it is managed by dovecot.
As per cPanel documentation, cpanelsorl should not be used unless you have high email usage because it is meant to consume a lot of memory.
In case you want to disable this service there is an easy way. Login to WHM >> Service Manager >> Search for cpanel-dovecot-solr >> untick the enable and monitor checkboxes in from of it and click save.
